How the size works: the size is the overall length of the pull. Each screw hole sits 5mm in from the end, so the hole spacing (centre of one hole to centre of the other) is 10mm less than the length.

Replacing old handles? Measure between the centres of your existing screw holes and match that number to the hole spacing column, so no new holes are needed.
