Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the type of product ordered.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistics issues or natural causes.


Delivery Process

  • For large furniture items, our delivery team will contact you before delivery to confirm availability and access details (e.g., stairs, elevator, etc.).

  • Furniture is delivered fully assembled or partially assembled, depending on the product type.

  • Smaller accessories or décor items may be shipped through third-party courier services.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


Delivery Access

Please ensure that the delivery location is easily accessible. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Delivery to higher floors without lift access

  • Difficult access areas (narrow staircases, remote locations, etc.)


Damages

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your support email] with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
We will inspect and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within [your country name].
If you are interested in international delivery, please contact our support team before placing your order.


Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

Custom-made or pre-ordered furniture items may require additional processing and delivery time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
