About the vanities
Where are your vanities made?
In our own workshop in Canada. Each vanity is built to order.
Do they arrive fully assembled?
Yes. Doors, drawers and hardware are fitted before pickup. You mount it and connect the plumbing.
What are they made of?
The cabinet box is white melamine as standard, with prefinished maple plywood as an upgrade. Fronts are rift oak or walnut veneer with a clear finish, or one-piece MDF sprayed in white or grey. Hinges and drawer slides are Blum soft-close.
Do you provide dimension drawings?
Yes. Each vanity's photo gallery includes 2D drawings with the overall size, interior clearance and countertop layout.
Ordering
How long until my order is ready?
Most vanities are ready for pickup in about 2 to 3 weeks. We confirm your timeline by email within one business day of your order.
What can I customize?
In the configurator you choose the width, finish, door style, floating or standing, quartz top and sink, cabinet box, handles, faucet holes and backsplash. For anything beyond that, contact us with your details.
What if I'm not sure which size I need?
Measure the space and note your plumbing locations, then compare with the drawings. You can also send us your measurements through the contact page and we'll help you choose.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes. Contact us about trade and multi-unit orders.
Pickup and returns
Do you deliver?
Not at the moment. Orders are pickup only from our workshop.
How does pickup work?
When your order is ready, we email the pickup address, hours and instructions. Check the drawings so you can bring a vehicle large enough for your vanity.
What's your return policy?
Standard configurations can be returned within 30 days of pickup in original condition. Custom configurations, such as upgraded door styles, are final sale. Read the full return policy.
What if I find a problem?
Please inspect your vanity at pickup and we'll fix any issue on the spot. If you find a defect after pickup, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll repair or replace it.
