Q: What is your cabinets made out of?
A: The doors are typically made from MDF and the interior cabinet components (box, shelves, drawer box) are made from melamine.
Q: Are they really made in Canada?
A: Absolutely, right here in Toronto.
Q: Could you make custom sized cabinets?
A: We currently do not offer custom sizes but we definitely will in the near future!
Q: Can I change the colour of the cabinet?
A: We currently do not offer colour changes.
Q: Do the cabinets come assembled?
A: Yes!

Where are your cabinets made?
Every cabinet is handcrafted in our Canadian workshop. We don't outsource, we don't drop-ship, and we don't sell other people's products rebranded as our own.
Do cabinets arrive fully assembled?
Yes. Every vanity and cabinet is fully assembled when you pick it up. You don't need power tools or a weekend to put it together — just transport it home, connect plumbing, and mount it.
What materials do you use?
Premium plywood construction with finished exteriors. Soft-close hinges on doors and full-extension soft-close slides on drawers. Finishes are hand-sprayed and properly cured.
Do you provide dimension drawings?
Yes — every product page includes detailed 2D dimension drawings showing overall size, interior clearance, door swings, and countertop layout. Contractors and designers love this. Measure your space precisely before ordering.

How long until my order is ready?
Standard configurations are typically ready for pickup in 2–3 weeks. Custom configurations may take longer — we'll confirm timeline by email within 24 hours of your order.
Can I customize my cabinet?
Absolutely. Our configurator lets you pick style (floating/standing), door style, countertop, hardware, faucet holes, and backsplash. For fully custom work beyond what's in the configurator, email us with your specs.
What if I'm not sure what size I need?
Every product page has detailed 2D dimension drawings — overall size, interior clearance, door swings. Measure your space twice, then email us a quick sketch with your measurements and we'll confirm the right size before you order.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes, we regularly work with contractors, designers, and builders. Contact us directly for trade pricing and bulk orders.

Do you ship cabinets?
Currently we're pickup only from our Canadian workshop. This keeps your price low — you're paying for the craftsmanship, not freight markups.
How do I pick up my cabinet?
When your order is ready, we'll email you with pickup location, hours, and instructions. Bring a vehicle large enough for your cabinet (most vanities fit in an SUV or pickup truck — we'll confirm dimensions before pickup so you can plan).
What's your return policy?
Standard configurations can be returned within 30 days of pickup. Custom orders are final sale — which is why we include detailed dimension drawings on every product page. See our full return policy for details.
What if my cabinet arrives damaged?
Please inspect your cabinet at pickup — if anything's off, we'll make it right on the spot. If you find a defect after pickup, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll repair or replace at no cost.
